[Create/edit survey] Add ability to change job color

Describe the bug
Users should be able to change the LOI colors of a job

Expected behavior
Job color should be an option inside the job's overflow menu

1- In the creation flow we will have the color dropdown before the job name field:

2- In the survey review, we will add the color tag beside the newly created job:

3- The tag will also be added to the job title in the edit screen:

4- And finally, we will have the job color as an option in the job overflow menu:
