Donations, funding and sponsorship

Goost is totally free of charge to use. As of now, Goost does not accept any kind of donations, but it still requires never-ending maintenance effort to be sustained, and this maintenance is based on my personal motivation and motivation of contributors.

Here's a list of things that could be possibly done:

• Developing new features that are in alignment with Goost: A list of features approved for Goost development #7.
• Resolve macOS related problems (requires buying a certificate):
  • "Godot" is damaged and can't be opened #94, Goost 1.1 codesigning crash on Mac (arm64) #143
• Porting Goost to work with Godot 4.x.
• Making Goost compatible with GDExtension (or a GDExtension version of Goost)
  • C++ modules vs. GDExtension - who wins? #135
• Regular Godot + Goost releases (requires buying a powerful CPU and other hardware for fast compilation)
  • Personal on-demand releases (if you need to have a release with a critical bug fixed, for instance)
• ... and more!
