Available in v2.3.0:

object = LinkThumbnailer.generate('http://stackoverflow.com')
 => #<LinkThumbnailer::Models::Website:...>

object.favicon
 => "//cdn.sstatic.net/stackoverflow/img/favicon.ico?v=038622610830"
