Role requests in community edition

Hi, i have a question. I am using Teleport Community edition and i use RBAC. I made role request from req-user for access to resources and i approved it with admin account both using CLI. Can i login to req-user with webUI with an upgraded permissions? After gaining access to resources with CLI i dont see them in webUI. If it's not possible can i record sessions which are through CLI?
