What would you like Teleport to do?

Add a preset SAML service provider configuration, including Web UI tile for Argo CD.

What problem does this solve?

There is some custom configuration required to make the Argo CD work with Teleport SAML IdP. We have had some prior issues with the application reported in support channel, as well as some issue as reported here #32804

It would be better experience for users if we have a preset configuration profile that just works with Teleport.
