Upload image to WebView

Dear Sir
We need a Upload image to WebView function
For example the web like this http://www.vischeck.com/vischeck/vischeckImage.php
We can use your library to Upload a picture to Web in iOS version
(In iOS version we must add "Privacy - Photo Library Usage Description" to info.plist)
but We Can not use your library to Upload picture to Web in Andriod version
Can you help us how to do this in Andriod version ?

The issue was discussed before in #76 and I made an experimental implementation in #77. However, as noted in #76 (comment), there is an inevitable bug in some Android versions so I put the implementation as experimental one and recommend to perform anything you want in the Unity/C# side.
