To use the same mechanism like already used in gvmd since greenbone/gvmd#1059.

OPENVAS_RUN_DIRis changed to/var/run/openvasandGVM_RUN_DIRis changed to/var/run/gvmthe "feed-update.lock" file is located in two different directories but the default is to place it into one common/var/rundirectory which can be achieved by this new cmake flag.Related: greenbone/ospd-openvas#311
