Migrate to gi-webkit

Some of us here would like to help, if that would speed up the process of migrating this package to gi-webkit, but we'd need some pointers (just looking at equally mysterious, but already migrated https://github.com/ghcjs/jsaddle-dom is not quite enough).

Migrating to gi-webkit would solve most of contemporary world's problems, including

• API of all 3 variants of https://github.com/ghcjs/ghcjs-dom would agree again
• migration to Webkit2 API would probably become much easier Migrate to WebKit2 API #7
• and so the package may start building on OSX failed to install webkit  #13
• requestAnimationFrame would probably start working Add RequestAnimationFrameCallback and Window (requestAnimationFrame) #14
• WebAudio may start working Add missing support for most critical APIs (like WebAudio and RequestAnimationFrame) #15

Actually, I now understand the main issue is migrating to Webkit2 API, which would break all our codebases anyway (I mean, natively compiled ones). An alternative is https://github.com/ghcjs/jsaddle. It's so sad that Webkit1 was dropped. :( I'm closing the issue --- gi-webkit is a detail.
