PhotoCells don't have download button

Right now if you download 1 photo and then go back to the table cell list of feed items, you'll see a page control that lets you select photos without a way to download them.

@cstiens Should we do like on Android, just not show the "missing pages" for images not downloaded in the page control or should we add a download button in there?

@N-Pex It's actually not downloading the photos when I ask for it.

And before anything is downloaded, it shows the download icon for each photo cell view.

Okay. I just force quit the app, then reopened it. I opened the same article and tried to download the first picture and I was able to. The other photo cells show the download icon -- which I think it the right way to do it.
