Currently, an Activity can be assigned to all roles, but some roles are system-roles (like member, guest, etc). These shouldn't be added.

  • Add some flag to Roles to mark them as 'assignable'
  • Restrict Activity role field in Nova to only show 'assignable'
  • Add 'assignable' flag to all roles created from "commissies" in Conscribo
