Escape - in pre-formatted code block

When entering {{-r}} in confluence, the markup parser failed to parse the content. It succeeded only when escaping the - like so: {{\-r}}.

Solution: output an escaped character if the first character is a dash? Or see if a mustache library will do auto-escaping for you
