Description:

Add an option for users to input the variant in Step 3 (PROPKD) and automatically compute the mutation class based on the entered variant.

Acceptance Criteria:

New input field for variant in Step 3.
Variant input is validated.
Mutation class is computed based on the variant and displayed to the user.
Ensure the UI is updated accordingly.
