描述一下此特性

如题，期望能够将 halo-sigs/richtext-editor 移动到此仓库进行管理，目前分开管理遇到的问题：

  1. 不方便开发的时候调试，虽然自带了 demo 环境用于在开发时即时调试，但想在 Console 项目进行测试的时候会比较麻烦。
  2. 更新依赖麻烦，目前需要先发布编辑器到 npm，然后再到 Console 更新依赖。
  3. 有新改动时，不方便在 Console 进行测试。
