Are Artix-7 general IOs support 1080p data transmission?

You can do 1080p 60 Hz, 24 bpp out of the pins, even though they are only rated to 1250Mb/s. You have a coyple of timing warnings but it works

Thank you very much! I'm designing a wireless VR HMD. The first version I use a HDMI2RGB bridge chip (sii9293) to receive HDMI signals. But I want to design a 4k@30Hz-60Hz panel HMD. I'm can not find a bridge chip. So I want to use FPGA receive HDMI signals directly. I found it hard to build a simulation environment.
