Additions to facets

Hi there,
I think a useful addition to the formatting of facets would be the inclusion of nested_facets. I don't know how had it would be implement, though there is an equivalent function in some of the ggplot extension packages which makes me hopeful that this might be an inclusion that's defined.

plotnine and ggplot2 have different drawing backends and for plotnine, this is not so easy to achieve. I will keep it in mind, most likely to make it easy for an extension library to implement it, but priority is low.
