We've configured the consul snapshot agent as described on https://www.consul.io/docs/commands/snapshot/agent.html. This morning I attempted an upgrade from 0.9.2 to 1.0.0 on one of our test clusters. The upgrade went smoothly outside of one issue: the snapshot agent config caused the server to not want to start up. I looked through the upgrade notes on https://www.consul.io/docs/upgrade-specific.html#consul-1-0, but I haven't found anything that says the snapshot agent needs to be configured in a separate directory; in fact the agent config page still states "The Consul agent is set up to ignore any snapshot agent object, so it's safe to use common config directories for both agents if desired." After I removed the snapshot config, I was able to start up all of the servers and complete the upgrade.

Server Version details: 0.9.2->1.0.0
