[AliCloud] Image build with command -- Packer build xxxx.json

Environent:

1. Packer (1.10.3) , installed
2. Packer plugin alicloud (v1.1.1), installed;
3. Source ECS with RHEL8.9 is running in Alicloud, in cn-shanghai
4. json file is alicloud.json, and content passed by Packer validated
5. the source image availabled in Alicloud region

Target: to run packer build on this source ECS and generate new image on AliCloud
Issue: to run paker build alicloud.json, get below issue, and no idea

hope to get some suggestions for fixing

Regarding your question, as the bot commented, I suggest you ask this directly over on the community forum instead of as a Github issue, as this is mostly aimed at maintainers, and none of us use Alicloud for our deployments so our knowledge is limited on the topic.

Also if you have another question that is specific to alicloud, please note that while Packer orchestrates a build, it is actually the Alicloud plugin that manages interactions with the platform, none of the Alicloud-specific code is present in Packer core anymore.

I'll close this issue now as it seems to be more of a usage general question, but please feel free to reopen if I missed something!
