aws_kinesis_firehose_delivery_stream does not support clusterendpoint

It looks like aws_kinesis_firehose_delivery_stream does not support ClusterEndpoint in the elasticsearch_configuration object.

This feature is needed if we would like to set up a kinesis firehose with an AWS elasticsearch in a different account.
