Add SWF to AWS Provider

Unless, I am just missing it, I do not see any reference to AWS SWF in the AWS provider.

Version 1.27.0 of the AWS provider releasing later this week will include a new resource, aws_swf_domain. Since the definition of done for this issue could be pretty broad, please create new issue(s) for additional SWF functionality (e.g. individually proposed resources/data sources) so we can accurately track any other parts. Thanks! 👍

The aws_swf_domain resource has been released in version 1.27.0 of the AWS provider. Please see the Terraform documentation on provider versioning or reach out if you need any assistance upgrading.
