[Enhancement]: Allow association of aws_cloudfront_function and aws_cloudfront_key_value_store

Description

The aws_cloudfront_key_value_store resource was added in 5.37.0 which allows you to create a new key value store, but there is no way to associate this with a cloudfront function, meaning that there is a manual step after provisioning to associate these resources.
