Feature request: AWS Transfer for SFTP service

New AWS Transfer for SFTP service just announced.
Requires:

• Bump AWS SDK to v1.15.82 and add AWS Transfer for SFTP service #6585

This would be super great to have, we have more than one client happy to get started on this yesteryear :)

Linked PR #6639 is in progress but implements aws_transfer_server, I think that we'd still need resources aws_transfer_user and aws_transfer_public_key.

AFAICT open tasks are:

• aws_transfer_server Add transfer for sftp service support only server #6639
• aws_transfer_user
• aws_transfer_ssh_key

A new aws_transfer_user resource has been merged and will release with version 1.53.0 of the AWS provider, likely tomorrow.

And just like that, the last new aws_transfer_ssh_key resource has been merged for release tomorrow with version 1.53.0 of the AWS provider. 😄 Shout out to @kterada0509 here.

All the above resource have been released in version 1.53.0 of the AWS provider. Please see the Terraform documentation on provider versioning or reach out if you need any assistance upgrading.
