Description

I'd like to create a log analytics cluster (or "Azure Monitor Logs Dedicated Clusters") with an user assigned identity. According the azure documentation this is possible: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/logs/logs-dedicated-clusters?tabs=cli#create-a-dedicated-cluster
