…stgreSQL. This is the real fix for hashicorp/terraform#11273 and effectively undoes hashicorp/terraform#14864 by leveraging the new feature flag capabilities of the provider. Fixes: #3

Issue still appears with latest terraform 0.9.11 and postgres 9.4.7. |
