[scaleway provider] - unexpected end of JSON input

Suddenly I'm getting this error when refreshing the state of my scaleway servers:

Expected Behavior

It should work

Actual Behavior

I believe the scaleway API might be returning a non-json response with the actual error, but terraform goes blank on me.

Steps to Reproduce

I'm not sure how I encounter the issue, sometimes it just goes away and comes back, don't know exactly what is causing it.
