Support for Additional Kobo Servers

Description:
The application currently supports only the kobonew.ifrc.org server. To extend its utility, a feature allowing users to add and switch between different Kobo servers (including National Societies or other servers) is needed.

Current Behavior:

1. Open the application.
2. Navigate to the settings area.
3. Notice the absence of an option to add or switch to another Kobo server.

Expected Behavior:

1. Open the application.
2. Navigate to the settings area.
3. A field to add or switch to another Kobo server is present and functional.

Potential Solution:
Implement a new field in the settings for adding a new Kobo server and ensure seamless switching between servers.

Impact:
This feature will expand the user base by supporting users on NS or other Kobo servers.
