if ($parameters['media_type'] == 'video/mp4') {
            $parameters['media_category'] = "amplify_video";

why is the media_category not tweet_video ?

and why can not set additional_owners parameter? In some case if the additional_owners is not provided, it will be can not link a video media id with card or tweet.

sorry, the amplify_video media_category is needed in this case.
I am so confuse when read Twitter Ads document
