Offbeat timing window is way too big

Exactly what it says. Obviously, there has to be an early hit window, but being able to hit notes shortly after they reach a third onto the track seems pretty overkill.
Moving it down at least another third would be decent, though of course, I don't have exact knowledge on where it would be best placed.
