I ran GMF.py file and model weights are saved to file, so can anyone tell me how can I predict for new data

The code is working with you? Which version of Tensorflow and Keras are you using?

I am using Theano and keras version which was suggested in code

the new one , I am using python2.7 if you use python3.6 you need to make modifications to code
