Plan format change broke its parser

The parser for the representation plan does not work anymore, as the format provided by the school changed.

As I am no longer at this school and therefore do not use the service myself anymore, I currently have no interest in fixing it. But if someone wants to update and support this project, I am willing to continue maintaining it.

Till then, this service is shut down. Only signing in and account deletions are deployed at the moment.
