OSM Carto v5.7 style additional database

The extended OSM Carto German database schema that all other styles so far rely upon does not work with OSM Carto style/lua files > v5.2; this so far prevented me from updating the OSM Carto standard style to releases beyond 5.2.

On the public server instance there are now two database instances, the "classic" one, and one specifically smaller for OSM Carto v5.7, and soon the "Baumkarte", too.

This was mostly done manually, but now also needs to be put in code for the Vagrant test setup provisioning.
