[suggestion] Add a "SpoilerFree" tag

Add a tag for spoiler-free mods. That would allow players using installers such as Scarab to only display mods that don't contain spoilers. This would be very helpful to players who want/need to use mods in their 1st playthrough.

I'm gonna summarize my thoughts (which I and others expressed in the discord discussion) just so they don't get lost:

• In principle this sort of tag is OK, but I prefer framing it as "FirstPlaythrough" (indicating it would be appropriate for a first playthrough) rather than NoSpoilers (indicating that you can look at it without being spoiled)
• I'm currently not convinced there are enough mods that would use the tag for it to be worth adding (and I don't believe this point was adequately addressed in the discussion, although I may have missed something)
