Settings can be configured by in the settings tab in the synthesis gui

Descriptions - bool: Enables effect descriptions + debuff %s to be displayed on armors
AttackSpeed - bool : Enables attack speed penalties
MagickaRegen - bool: Enables magicka regeneration penalties
MoveSpeed - bool: Enables movement speed penalties
PowerAttacks - bool: Enables power attack cost penalty
RangedAttack - bool: Enables attack speed penalties for ranged weapons
SpellCosts - bool: Enables spell cost penalties
StaminaRegen - bool: Enables stamina regen penalties
Racials - bool: Distrubute racial perks that offset certain penalties based on lore
Factions - bool: Distribute faction perks that offset certain penalties based on lore
BalancePerkMods - bool: Rebalances some effects from Ordinator|Adamant|Vokrii to keep in line with this mods vision
