Usage inconvenience: Annotations need to be imported one by one because that's the only way how default-package are supported. Example:

@file:DependsOn("de.mpicbg.scicomp:kutils:0.4")
@file:KotlinOpts("-J-Xmx5g")

package de.mpicbg.scicomp

import DependsOn
import KotlinOpts

println("foo")
