Bokeh: hover_alpha is not a valid option for ErrorBars element

With the bokeh backend, the ErrorBars element advertises a hover_alpha style property. But bokeh itself doens't seem to support this property:

import holoviews as hv
hv.extension('bokeh')
np.random.seed(7)

error = hv.ErrorBars(
     pd.DataFrame({'x': [1, 2, 3], 'y': [1, 3, 2], 'e': [1, 1, 1]})
)
error.opts(hover_alpha=0.5)

unexpected attribute 'hover_alpha' to Whisker, similar attributes are line_alpha

Nothing we can do about this since it's rendered as a bokeh annotation in #4119 I have removed the option altogether.
