Wink Garage Doors not migrated to Cover

Description of problem:
Wink Garage Doors show up as garage_door entities and expose garage_door services
These also generate errors in the log about garage_door being deprecated and needs to be migrated to cover

Expected:
These should be created as cover. entities instead of garage_door entities and services.

Problem-relevant configuration.yaml entries and steps to reproduce:

1. Configure Wink integration
2. Have a Wink Garage Door (GoControl Z-wave for my setup)
3. See the entity list and error in the log

Problem is here. Note that rollershutter should also be moved over.
