Nein, da das Anlaufverhalten bei niedriegen Spannungen (25V) sehr lange dauert hatte ich den Wandler auf 49V erhöht. |

WR wird mit Relais abgeschaltet. In der Konsole hatte ich mal geschaut aber nichts gefunden. Es gibt ja mittlerweile auch logs wo kann man die denn lesen ? |

Das mag sein, dass du da nichts schlussfolgern konntest, das dich weiterbringt, aber das muss ja nicht heißen, dass andere Leute sehr wohl erkennen, was das Problem sein könnte. Bitte kopiere den Inhalt deiner Konsole (aus der Web UI geht auch) und teile ihn. Da sollte dann mindestens einmal der Block an Ausgaben drin sein, den der DPL erzeugt. Verbose Logging des DPL bitte vorher einschalten, falls du es ausgeschaltet hast. |

Interessant... Ist das ein 1800W Wechselrichter? Und was ist deine Einstellung bei "Oberes Leistungslimit" in den Einstellungen des DPL? Mir ist schleierhaft, warum der DPL entscheidet, dass er nicht mehr als 165 W einstellen könne. Vielleicht muss ich in den Code für Ideen schauen, aber vielleicht hast du nur eine Einstellung falsch 😉 |

Okay. Also gebraucht wird die Konsolenausgabe im Fehlerfall, also während fälschlicherweise nur 9% Leistung vom DPL eingestellt werden. |

Achso, dann hab ich das nicht begriffen. Dann bleibt vermutlich nur eine Möglichkeit, dieses Problem zu verursachen: Es sollten 165W eingestellt worden sein, aber der passende Befehl dazu konnte nicht erfolgreich zum Wechselrichter geschickt werden. Der DPL glaubt jetzt er hätte 165W eingestellt und veranlasst keine weitere Aufforderung, das Limit auf 165W zu setzen. Und solange dein Verbrauch über den 165W liegt, wird kein weiterer Versuch unternommen, den Wechselrichter zu "aktualisieren". Schalte doch bitte einmal den DPL in den Einstellungen aus, speichere die Einstellungen, und schalte ihn wieder an (im Fehlerfall). Wird der Wechselrichter dann wieder "hochgefahren"? Das wäre eine Heilung ohne Reboot und würde bestätigen, dass das Problem im DPL liegt. Die Idee, gegen das tatsächlich zurückgemeldete Limit zu arbeiten, hatte ich schon begonnen umzusetzen, als mir aufgefallen war, dass es beim konkreten Wert des Limits Ungenauigkeiten gibt. Da müsste also entschieden werden, ob z.B. 163W den erwarteten 165W gut genug entspricht, und ab welcher Abweichung man davon ausgeht, dass das Limit nicht gesetzt werden konnte oder dass jemand anders dazwischengefunkt hat. Daher hab ich das wieder verworfen. Dein Fall zeigt aber, dass das nötig wäre. Falls ein Setzen des Limits fehlschlägt, das Limit aber stundenlang das gleiche bleiben soll, muss sichergestellt sein, dass es auch tatsächlich eingestellt ist. Alternativ könnte man Limit-Kommandos in festem Zeitintervall wiederholen, um wenigstens nach einer Minute, oder zwei, oder fünf, die Situation zu heilen. @helgeerbe Hast du eine Meinung hierzu? Wie wäre es, wenn Limit-Kommandos nach einer Minute wiederholt werden, falls inzwischen kein anderes Limit gesetzt wurde? Also Zeitstempel in |

DPL aus und wieder an funktionierte Anfangs nicht deswegen Reboot. Hab das gestern aber auch nochmal getestet und er lief dann auch hoch. Die Erklärung hast du aber schon geliefert. Ein Funk-Problem. Da es natürlich bei dem Test auch auftreten kann hätte ich das öffter machen müssen. Wenn ihr das mit dem wiederholten Senden einbauen könntet wäre Super. Ich schaue aber trotzdem mal ob ich das Funkmodul austausche, die Position der Geräte ändere. Leistung erhöhe (obwohl ich das schon Probiert hatte). |

Was verursacht das der Limitter bei 9%, nachdem der HM300 12h aus war, fest hängt.
Ich muss die DTU jeden Tag resetten damit Sie wieder regelt.
Fehler ist mindestens seit opendtu-onbattery-generic_esp32 (090723)
Meine Einstellungen:
Angestrebter Netzbezug: 60W
Hysterese für das berechnete Limit: 20W
Unteres Leistungslimit:10W
Oberes Leistungslimit:165W
DC-Start: 48V
DC-Stop: 13V
DC-Korrektur: 0V
