Description

When hovering the mouse cursor over the border of an xwayland app, it becomes either too big or it disappears (depending on theme).

Tested with Breeze and Bibata cursor themes.

For Hyprland a converted cursor theme is used using hyprcursor-util.

How to reproduce

Open an xwayland app, e.g. xterm, hover mouse over border of the window. Non xwayland do not have this behaviour (see video's, galculator and xterm side by side).
