Hi, first of all thank you for sharing the code - it's interesting project. I would like to ask you how did you align the prototypes?
The documentation on your wiki says:

"In addition, we have aligned the prototypes to each input image."

Which algorithm was used for alignment? is it possible to share the code for this procedure?
