Simple voice chat incompatibility

Describe the issue

Im not sure if this issue is specific to 1.20.1

Whenever I join the server, it tells me about a unconfirmed issue with simple voice chat.

I am here to confirm the mod incompatibility with simple voice chat!

If both players are talking with PROXIMITY voice, within 5 blocks of a portal, then the voice starts so "flicker". It cuts in and out rather quickly.

When talking in a group with simple voice chat, it does NOT happen.

Coincidentally, it cuts out whenever the player went invisible due to (what I assume is) the bug with collective.

I am running this server using a modpack made on modrinth called magic fabric (https://modrinth.com/modpack/magic-fabric)
