Start point and end point export problem

Sometimes, the start point and end points of arcs (positions) are not well exported in SBGN-ML.

Attached is an example SBGN-ML file created using newt (start_end_point.txt).
Rendering it using exact sizes and positions as given in the SBGN-ML file would render the map of the attached pdf (start_end_point.pdf).
We can see that all start points and the end point of the consumption are slightly incorrect, whereas the end point of the production and the stimulation are more largely.
