UBERON ids resolve to a dead end.. and are wrong #10

https://identifiers.org/UBERON:0002435 currently resolves to some undefined place in BioPortal.

Is it possible that we could ensure that all redirects that have a OBO Foundry redirect should redirect to that?

For example, https://identifiers.org/UBERON:0002435 should resolve to http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_0002435
