The following table describes known error messages and how you can resolve them.

Problem Cause Solution
Getting the message, Assistants could not be loaded at this time. Unable to fetch access token for account. Your {{site.data.keyword.cloud}} refresh tokens might have expired. Log out and then log back in to {{site.data.keyword.cloud_notm}} to generate fresh tokens.
