Reorder constructor arguments for UrlBuilder

Right now the order is as follows:

__construct($domain, $useHttps = true, $signKey = "", $includeLibraryParam = true)

I would like to suggest a new order:

__construct($domain, $signKey = "", $useHttps = true, $includeLibraryParam = true)

The reasoning being that $signKey has to be used more often than $useHttps, right?

If the order of parameters are the same for all of your libraries, I understand if you won't change it! 👍

Besides, on PHP 8+ you can use named arguments in any order you want. So you could do this as a consumer:

new UrlBuilder($domain, signKey: '');

new UrlBuilder($domain, includeLibraryParam: false, signKey: '');
