こちらが「実際にこのbotで上げたもの」と仮定すれば、途中多くのところで掲題の問題が発生している。

それが

録音時なのか
エンコード時なのか
YouTubeアップ時なのか

は切り分ける必要が在るが、今の状況じゃ少し厳しい。
