Is there a way to be notified on failed Github action run?

I see on the roadmap

GitHub Actions notifications and manage capabilities - Provide capabilities to run, view and manage workflows from chat. We are aiming to rollout this support by October 2022.

Is it still the plan? will it provide a way to register for Github action notifications?

Unfortunately, I don't think you can yet filter by just failed workflow runs, which is what my team needs. ☹️
