New Permissions Mail from GitHub

Hello everyone,

What are the new permissions been asked for from the GitHub Integration is requesting?

• Read and write access to Actions
• Read-only access to Discussions

There wasn't a change of the settings on either end: Slack and GitHub. So where does this came from?

Got an mail from GitHub according to this and don't see why I should activate that permissions
