About the issue where line breaks in the issue description are not applied when creating an issue

When an issue is created from GitHub's UI, the text displayed in Slack does not retain line breaks.
If the issue is edited, the line breaks and formatting are displayed correctly.
Additionally, closing the issue also displays the line breaks correctly.
There are no issues with how PRs and other content are displayed.
Where might the problem lie, and how can it be resolved?
