Accessibility Keyboard Testing Issues

Describe the bug

2 Accessibility issues noticed while keyboard testing -

1. Type to search box getting skipped while tabbing
2. Commands like ds-build within the Commands section not getting associated with the Section name (Commands)

To Reproduce

1. Turn on voiceover on mac
2. Navigate to https://intuit.github.io/design-systems-cli/#/generated/build
3. Start pressing Tab

Expected behavior

Type to search box receiving focus while tabbing after focus on Design Systems Logo
"Commands" getting called out while focusing on various commands in the list like ds-build
