Dynamically setting min/max of an ion-range does not update the UI #11719

Current behavior:
Setting a new min or max doesn't update the UI until the value is updated.

Expected behavior:
Setting a new min or max should update the UI immediately.

Steps to reproduce:
Set [min] or [max] on an ion-range and update the value.
