I want to have some github-pages hosted docs for this project (since it's used independently of Ionide-VSCode).

I'd want

• a list of supported LSP endpoints with links to the spec
• a list of custom LSP endpoints with more details about the request/response models
• a list of codefixes provided
• a page for the configuration DTO with comments describing the use of each of the fields
• pages for conceptual docs about how the system is designed, where to hook in as a contributor?

any other wishlist items? Would be good to think about what pieces of this could be generated from the existing data structures (ie probably need a different structure around CodeFixes to support this kind of generation).

@cannorin, @juergenhoetzel I'd especially like your input here as users of FSAC that aren't Ionide :)

I think this idea is great. I always find myself browsing the ionode source code to figure out issues with fsautocomplete.
